For 32bit :

First, download the opera package from this address http://deb.opera.com/opera/pool/non-free/o/opera/. You can download direct from your browser or using Terminal. For fast download, open your terminal or press Ctrl Shift T. And than download the opera package of 32bit using this command.
wget deb.opera.com/opera/pool/non-free/o/opera/opera_12.16.1860_i386.deb
Second, install that package using this command.
dpkg -i opera*.deb

For 64bit :

First, download the opera package from this address http://deb.opera.com/opera/pool/non-free/o/opera/. You can download direct from your browser or using Terminal. Open your terminal or press Ctrl Shift T. And than download the opera package of 64bit using this command.
wget deb.opera.com/opera/pool/non-free/o/opera/opera_12.16.1860_amd64.deb
Second steps, install that package using this command.
dpkg -i opera*.deb
Finish, just wait for that installation are complate. In the first opening, you will see an Agreement Window and just click I Agree.
